We process orders as quickly as possible after purchase. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination address. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available, once your order has shipped. Shipping rates are shown at checkout before payment is completed.
At this time, we primarily sell books. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can review the issue. If we later offer other product types, shipping times, rates, and delivery rules for those items may be different and will be listed on the product page or in a separate policy.
